Frequently asked questions
Our candles are crafted from 100% natural, non-toxic, biodegradable soy wax, lead-free cotton braided wicks, and premium phthalate-free fragrances.
Candles can change colors over time due to the natural ingredients we use, such as natural colorants, herbs, and vanilla. Vanilla, a base for many of our fragrances, may cause the candle to turn yellow or light brown. Additionally, colorants may fade, and herbs can cause yellowing. This natural process does not affect the quality or performance of your candle.
Craters forming in your candle after burning is normal and indicates that your candle is made from 100% soy wax. This characteristic of soy wax does not affect the quality or performance of your candle.
For the best fragrance experience, burn your candle for at least 1 hour or until a full wax pool forms to the edges of the container. This allows the fragrance to escape and provides maximum scent throw. Shorter burn times can cause tunneling and poor performance, leading to an uneven burn and weak scent throw.
Trimming the candle wick to 1/4" before burning is crucial for achieving an optimal flame, even burn, and maximum scent throw. This simple step ensures your candle performs at its best.
